Club Festival Preparation: Making Galaxy Lemonade (Part 1)

On Monday, December 7th, 2021, our club gathered again to make galaxy lemonade.

Along Pepero, we decided to sell the lemonade during Club Festival Day.

We prepared dry butterfly pea flowers, a couple of ice cube trays, and two bowls.

Then we went into the procedure.

1. We poured hot water into the bigger bowl. Then we place a small bowl inside of the bigger bowl with hot water as well.

2. Then we put the dry butterfly tea power into the smaller bowl and stirred it.

3. Soon the color turned into a navy blue liquid.

4. We waited until the liquid-cooled.

5. Then we poured it into the ice cube trays and put them in the freezer for a day.
