Topic: Making Dalgona

When we first arrived in the room, there was a whole dalgona set prepared for us on the table. The leader told us to enjoy ourselves making and eating dalgona for the rest of the period. Well, it turned out that actually knowing the science about making dalgona (meeting 10) had nothing to do with making the perfect dalgona candies. The sugar would burn and clump up and the melted sugar stuck to the presser in our first couple of attempts.

However, after an innumerable amount of tries, we were starting to understand how to be careful with the caramelized sugar and started to make some progress.

After making and eating enough dalgona (aesthetically good or bad) we attempted to follow to lick out the shape of the dalgona, and let's just say that nobody in our science club would have survived Squid Game.
