Topic: Secret Treat Revealed & Preparation

It was revealed this meeting that the "special treat" our science club would be making would be dalgona. Our class was thrilled for our science club to make the tasty treat. However, team leader, Maria, found it necessary to explain the chemistry behind making dalgona and presented the chemical reaction on caramelization through a power point presentation.

With sufficient knowledge about caramelization and about the chemical reactions, it was time to put our newly found knowledge to the test. We divided amongst ourselves into groups and the team leader gave us a series of questions. When everyone answered the questions with perfection, it was, without a doubt, that we were ready to actually start making dalgona. Maria announced that is exactly what we will do next meeting.
